I absolutely loved the cozy and inviting atmosphere of the hotel. The decoration was charming and reminded me of a lovely mountain cabin. The common areas were well-maintained and had comfortable seating, making it easy for senior people like myself to relax and socialize with other guests. The hotel's accessibility was also a big plus for me. The hallways were wide and well-lit, and there were no stairs to navigate, which was very convenient.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people would be more assistance from the staff. Sometimes, the children working there seemed a bit overwhelmed and couldn't provide all the help that was needed, especially for someone like me who may have difficulty with certain tasks due to age.

We had an amazing time exploring the Pucon Ski Centre near the B&B with our youngest one. It was so much fun to see our child experience the snow for the first time! The location was perfect for a family-friendly vacation.

My children wanted to have a playground or play area in the hotel.

It's fairly clean hotel nestled in an elegant style building in the local area. Exceptionally nice location, within 10 minutes walk to Playa Grande👍🙂

Nothing that I didn't like.

I had a great stay at Newen B&B in Pucon. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of town. The bed in my room was huge and super comfortable, and the bathrooms always had hot water. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the room had big closets to store my belongings. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

Spent Christmas at this cozy hotel in a key location with friendly staff and yummy breakfast. The room had a balcony with a beautiful view and the bed was super comfy. They also included free secure parking which was great.

The room rate which was a bit expensive for what it was. , they didn't have laundry service which was an inconvenience.

They were friendly, attentive, and always went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Lastly, the rooms were cozy and well-maintained. I loved how the curtains could be drawn to create a nice, private space. And the breakfast, though basic, was tasty and got me ready for the day ahead.

Perfectly located, I could easily walk to restaurants and the lake. The hotel facilities were clean and cozy. The staff was friendly and gave me great recommendations. I loved having breakfast included each morning.
